We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.

We do everything we can to avoid returns. They are costly & frustrating.

If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.
Items may be returned up to 30 days from purchase. We only accept resalable items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged. Kits may be returned and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee if the returned item has been installed or cannot be re-sold as new. These charges will be deducted from the credit.
Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.
After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.
