We believe in honest business with heart.  And we think everyone should have a chance to ride a bike.

Colleen & Tony Berlingieri (Owners)

Our son Geordi was born with a developmental disability - at the age of 10, he still couldn't ride a two-wheeler despite many hours of practice & therapy.

He needed additional help to ride independently but he didn't need the intensive support (or the outrageous expense!) of an adaptive bike. He fell into this "gap" that no product on the market seemed to fill. That's when my husband and I discovered FATWHEELS.

We simply bolted them on his bike and in minutes he was riding around the neighborhood with the other kids!

Twenty years later, in 2013, our family purchased the FATWHEELS brand. We believe in quality craftsmanship without the gimmicks. We work with the best to get the best.  And then we sell the best, for exactly the price it should cost. It's this very simple system at the heart of everything we make.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site.  We are so grateful for the opportunity to connect with you.  We've met families, professionals and individuals of ALL ages who have discovered the amazing gifts of freedom, independence, health & FUN that a set of FATWHEELS can offer.

So, that's our story -  we can't wait to hear yours!
